Board of Directors Meeting - Laurel Manor following VWC General Membership Meeting

Tuesday – January 12, 2016

Time: 8:45pm to 9:10pm

Board Members present: Frank Giaccone, Clyde Hamilton, John Herega, Bill McGinnis, Sandy Moraco, Charlie Murray, Conway Williams and Hans Zassenhaus.

Board Member(s) not present: Ed DeHart

Others present: Patty Porter  

• Meeting called to order by Sandy Moraco at 8:45 pm and was second by John Herega.

A quorum was established based on eight members present for the purpose of voting in a new Chairman of the Board and reappointment and appointment the following positions:

• Chairman of the Board
• Office Manager
• Assistant Office Manager
• Education Officer
• Assistant Treasurer
• Assistant Secretary
• Chair of Nominating Committee 
• Chair of Rules Committee

• Motion by Sandy Moraco to elect Bill McGinnis as Chairman of the Board, reappoint Anne Bell as Officer Manager, Alice Besler as Assistant Office Manager and Bob Rosen as advisor of the Rules Committee.

• Motion was approved unanimously.

• Board to discuss the filling of the Education Officer, Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary and Chair of the Nominating Committee at next meeting in February.

• Motion to Adjourn was called by Sandy Moraco and second by Frank Giaccone and unanimously approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 9:10pm.

The Next meeting is on Thursday February 25^th, 2016 at 7pm.
