Meeting called to order at 7:12

Mike welcomed everyone to the 3rd annual Richard Knie Christmas Party.

Mike thanked Richard for starting the party and explained about his current illness as to why he could not attend this year.

Mike dedicated this year’s party to Jim Cline, who will be going back to England and because of his age and the insurance from that county, he will not be returning to the US.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by the members.  Mike requested before the pledge that we take a moment after to remember the members who are currently in the hospital.

Murry Bishopand Skip Banks and Richard Knie who is recovering from surgery.

Mike reminded the members that at the January meeting they will be voting for the Board officers and three new Board members.

Ray Roberts was on the nominating committee so he presented the following.

The current set of officers, have agreed to stay on for the coming year. The four candidates for the three positions on the Board are:  Bill McGinnis, Ed DeHart, Frank Giaccone and Bernie Harkins.

The three positions for the Board will be voted on by ballot at the January meeting.

Members can go on the website to look at the resumes for the four candidates.

Ray asked if there were any nominations from the floor.  No names were added.

Mike reported that Jim Spallone is working with Dick Besler putting a mentor program together for the new members.  A mentor need not know everything but should know the name of the person to whom the new member should be directed or the place to find the answer.  If anyone is interested please contact Jim or Dick.

Jim also thanked the members for all of the hard work they have done this past year.

Mike presented her five certificates of recognition for the past year:
