Proposal for Board Resolutions on Web Site
It is proposed that a Board Resolutions area be created on the VWC web siteto contain all resolutions
passed with an effective date of January 1.2001 are later. It is further proposed that the club secretary
will provide to the web manager all passed resolution.
The Board Resolutions area is to be in the members'only portion of the site. This will allow all members
access in which to review all new policies of the board, while restrict outside visitor to the site from
being able to view the internal working of the board.
